The Deathbowl is a World of Warcraft Arena PVP tournament
The first Deathbowl pilot was in November 2020 and received resounding community praise. From this success , Blizzard granted Diabolus a 1 year tournament license, the first of its kind for a 3rd party in over a decade.
Thematically I wanted to try and get a gritty rock/punk band vibe to put emphasis on the chaotic and exciting nature of the tournament format we had developed. I successfully created and edited launch videos and produced a comprehensive broadcast package with these themes in mind.
